Baldic S.A. (“the Company”) collects / uses and provides personal information based on the consent of its members and actively assures the rights of its members.

The Company complies with relevant laws and regulations, guidelines and guidelines for the protection of information and communication service providers.

How to collect personal information is as follows.

When collecting personal information, we must notify the member in advance and obtain consent, and collect personal information through the following methods.

∙ When a member agrees to collect personal information and enters information directly in the process of membership registration and service use

∙ When personal information is provided to the affiliate service or a third party.

∙ In the consultation process through customer center, e-mail, telephone number, etc.

∙ Participation in on-line and off-line events

Personal information collected from members during the use of the service is as follows.

Information such as terminal information (OS, screen size, device ID), IP address, cookie, date and time of visit, illegal use record, service use record, and the like can be automatically generated and collected during the process of using the PC web and mobile app.

Personal information is used for member management, service provision and improvement, and new service development.

At the time of joining or using the service, the minimum personal information necessary for providing the service is collected through the homepage or application.

∙ Statistics on service use history, access frequency and service utilization, establishment of service environment in terms of privacy protection, provision of customized service, and improvement of service

Baldic S.A. does not provide Member’s personal information to any third party except as otherwise agreed to by Members or as provided in statute.

If you use the services provided by a third party, we will provide your personal information on the following conditions.

Baldic S.A. does not provide personal information to the outside without prior consent of the member.

However, if a member agrees to use the services provided by an external affiliate, it shall provide the necessary personal information to a third party.

When the purpose of collecting and using personal information is achieved, it is destroyed without delay and the procedures and methods are as follows.

In the case of electronic files, they shall be completely erased so as not to be restored and reproduced. In the case of other records, printed matter, and written, they shall be shredded or incinerated.

However, according to the internal policy, information to be destroyed after storage is as follows

1. The following information should be stored for 5 days after the operation is completed using consulting service and destroyed.

– Gender, country of residence, language of use, date of birth, contact information, visit information, schedule agreement, photographs required for surgery consultation, E-ticket information, contents to be delivered to DOCKO

2. The following information shall be retained for three months from the date of withdrawal.

3. The information below shall be retained for one year from the date of withdrawal.

– Encrypt and keep DOCKO account and unsubscribed email address for sending out information and inquiries

– illegal use record

4. The following information shall be retained for three years from the date of withdrawal.

– Records of member complaints or disputes

In addition, Baldic S.A. segregates or destroys personal information of members who have not used the service for one year in accordance with the “Personal Information Expiration Period”, and the separated personal information is stored for four years and is destroyed without delay.

Baldic S.A. protects the rights of members. You may view or modify your personal information at any time, or you may ask for withdrawal or termination of your collection or use. More specifically, in order to change the user information in the service or to cancel the membership (withdraw the agreement), the user clicks “withdraw from membership” in the service. If requested by written, telephone or e-mail via QnA, it will be withdrawn within 24 hours.

And the purpose of reflecting the changes of law or service may be modified personal information processing policy. Baldic S.A. publishes the changes if the privacy policy changes, and the modified privacy policy takes effect seven days after the date of posting.

However, if significant changes are made to the membership rights, such as items of personal information to be collected, changes in the purpose of use, etc., at least 30 days prior notice shall be given.
